Sunekos 200 and Sunekos 1200 — two lines
The Sunekos range includes two lines: Sunekos 200 — for revitalisation, lymphatic drainage and skin bio-renewal, and Sunekos 1200 — for natural volumising and filling of the skin. The product's strength lies in its composition, not found in other products on the market.
Sunekos stands out for its high quality and effectiveness, backed by a well-established safety profile. It can be administered using various mesotherapy techniques — by needle or cannula.

Why Sunekos rebuilds the skin from within
Amino acids for synthesis
Glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, hydroxylysine, valine and lysine are the building blocks of collagen and elastin — Sunekos delivers them together with hyaluronic acid.
Stimulates fibroblasts
The number and activity of fibroblasts decrease with age. Sunekos stimulates them to form new protein fibres in the skin.
Natural-looking results
A fresher look and improved skin quality without changing facial features — a subtle volumising effect visible right away.
By rebuilding the extracellular matrix, Sunekos revitalises the skin of the face, neck, décolletage, hands and arms, and other areas prone to laxity — restoring density and elasticity.
When it's worth having Sunekos mesotherapy
Sunekos is a revitalising mesotherapy for skin that has lost tone, radiance and elasticity. It's especially valued around the eyes — for shadows and fine lines. Main indications:
Looking for deep hydration with cross-linked hyaluronic acid? See Skinboosters Vital. We describe classic facial needle mesotherapy on the page facial needle mesotherapy — we'll match the right product to your skin during your consultation.
What Sunekos helps with
We use this treatment for 4 indications. It works a little differently for each one — below we describe exactly what it does in each case.
Under-eye shadows
Sunekos doesn't fill the tear trough — it rebuilds the skin instead. Hyaluronic acid combined with amino acids stimulates cells to produce their own collagen and elastin. For shadows caused by blood vessels showing through thin skin, this addresses the root of the problem.
02Wrinkles around the eyes
Wrinkles around the eyes often come not from facial expressions but from thin, dehydrated skin. Sunekos thickens it from within by rebuilding collagen and elastin — a different approach from blocking the muscle.
03Static wrinkles
Sunekos targets skin quality, not volume. For static wrinkles, we use it where the skin is thin and has lost its elasticity — often as preparation for a volumising stimulator, or as a complement to one.
04Skin after weight-loss medication
Sunekos stimulates the skin to rebuild its own collagen and elastin — exactly what's missing when weight drops faster than the skin can adjust. The effect is gradual and relates to quality, not shape.

Injectable products combining hyaluronic acid with amino acids are the subject of peer-reviewed publications. The studies below concern this class of products and mesotherapy — the mechanism shared by Sunekos.
Wrinkle reduction
A meta-analysis of 11 studies on an injectable hyaluronic acid and amino acid product found a statistically significant reduction in wrinkle severity after treatment.

A study of an injectable solution containing sodium hyaluronate, amino acids and peptides assessed its safety and effect on the superficial connective tissue of facial skin.

What a Sunekos treatment looks like
First, the doctor takes a medical history to rule out contraindications. The treatment isn't painful, so it usually doesn't require anaesthesia — for more sensitive patients, the skin is numbed with a specialist cream. The product is administered using the needle mesotherapy technique or a cannula. The treatment is minimally invasive and doesn't interrupt daily activities — patients return to their routine right afterwards.
History and assessment
Ruling out contraindications, assessing skin condition and choosing the product line (200/1200).
Anaesthesia (optional)
For sensitive patients — a numbing cream; usually not needed.
Mesotherapy
The product is administered by needle or cannula into the chosen areas.
Course of 3–4 sessions
Every 7–10 days; final results within around six months.

Frequently asked questions — Sunekos
What is Sunekos mesotherapy?
Sunekos is a needle mesotherapy treatment that combines hyaluronic acid with six amino acids. It stimulates fibroblasts to rebuild the extracellular matrix — collagen and elastin. The result is a naturally refreshed complexion without changing facial features, with subtle volumising visible right away.
How is Sunekos different from skinboosters?
Skinboosters, such as Skinboosters Vital, are based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid and work mainly to hydrate. Sunekos adds amino acids that are the building blocks of collagen and elastin, so it stimulates skin biogenesis more strongly. We decide which product suits you during your consultation.
What's the difference between Sunekos 200 and Sunekos 1200?
Sunekos 200 is used for revitalisation, lymphatic drainage and skin bio-renewal. Sunekos 1200 provides natural volumising and filling. The doctor selects the line according to your needs — both are often used within a single course of treatment, in different areas of the face.
Does Sunekos help with under-eye shadows?
Yes — the eye area is one of the main indications. Sunekos improves the quality and density of the thin skin under the eyes, revitalises it and reduces fine lines. The result is natural-looking; the doctor determines the number of sessions based on your skin's condition.
How many Sunekos sessions are needed?
Optimal results come from a course of 3–4 sessions spaced 7–10 days apart. The subtle volumising effect is visible immediately, while brightening and firming develop gradually — first results after around 10 days, final results within six months.
How much does a Sunekos treatment cost?
A single session costs 800 zł. A full course is usually 3–4 sessions, so the total cost depends on the plan agreed during your consultation. You'll find the full price list on the pricing page, and you can book a consultation online or by phone.
Injectable treatments are performed by our doctors
Aesthetic medicine treatments at Velvet Skin Clinic are performed exclusively by qualified doctors — with relevant medical training, postgraduate studies in aesthetic medicine, and clinical experience. Every treatment is preceded by a consultation, during which the doctor tailors the therapy to your needs, indications and natural facial proportions.
