We do not use one laser for everything. The device — the LightSheer Duet™ diode, the Thunder MT™ alexandrite with Nd:YAG, or the Soprano Ice Platinum — is matched to your skin and hair at a consultation, with a patch test before the first full session.

Our Fotona SP Dynamis combines an Er:YAG (2940 nm) and an Nd:YAG (1064 nm) laser. The wavelength and mode are matched to the indication — from lifting and resurfacing to vascular lesions, pigmentation and snoring.

Your consultation, the treatment itself and the aftercare instructions are all in English. Your treatment parameters go into your record, so the next session continues from where the last one left off.
Prices are published
Every treatment page lists its price in Polish złoty. You are told the cost of the full course, not only of a single session, before you book.
Booking without a phone call
You can book, reschedule and cancel online in English. Both clinics have their own booking calendar.

Frequently asked questions
Is the whole visit in English?
Yes. The consultation, the treatment and your aftercare instructions are given in English, and you can book online in English. The website is bilingual; some documents, such as the full price list, are still published in Polish only.
Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
For laser treatments, yes — we assess your skin, ask about medication and recent sun exposure, and carry out a patch test. For some treatments the consultation and the first session take place at the same appointment.
How do I pay?
You pay at the clinic, by card or in cash, in Polish złoty. Packages are paid for in advance and remain valid for the agreed number of sessions.
Which clinic should I choose?
Choose the location that is most convenient for you, then check the availability and price of your selected treatment in that clinic's booking calendar. Our City Centre clinic is next to Świętokrzyska metro station, and our Mokotów clinic is between Racławicka and Wierzbno stations. If you are unsure, contact us and we will help you choose.
Who performs the treatments?
Injectable treatments are performed by aesthetic medicine doctors. Laser and cosmetology treatments are carried out by qualified cosmetologists, working to protocols agreed with our doctors. Each treatment page states who performs it.
Can I move an appointment?
Yes, online, up to the notice period shown in the booking system. If you develop a tan, an infection in the treatment area or start photosensitising medication, contact us — the session may need to be postponed.
