Stabilised Hybrid HA Complexes
Profhilo is made of Stabilised Hybrid HA Complexes at one of the highest concentrations available worldwide — as much as 64 mg: 32 mg L-HA (low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid), which triggers the skin's repair and regenerative cascade, and 32 mg H-HA (high-molecular-weight), the main component of the skin matrix's scaffolding and density. Thanks to thermal stabilisation, Profhilo lowers the risk of the allergies, swelling and sensitivity typical of chemically cross-linked acid.
The product has the consistency of a smooth gel, acting like millions of tiny springs that create a filling, mouldable sculpting effect, restoring parameters the skin has lost over the years.

Laxity of the neck and décolletage
This isn't about energy-based tightening — it's about bioremodelling: rebuilding and hydrating tissue that, on the neck, is often simply thin and lacking density. We frequently combine Profhilo with an energy-based method: one improves firmness, the other rebuilds the underlying tissue.
02Static wrinkles
Profhilo doesn't fill a wrinkle at a single point — it disperses through the tissue and rebuilds it across the whole surface. That's why it works well for widespread loss of firmness and density, rather than a single, deep furrow.
03Dehydration and skin quality
Profhilo disperses through the tissue instead of staying at the injection site, so it hydrates and thickens the skin across the whole surface. For dehydration combined with loss of firmness, it's the broadest-acting of our biostimulator treatments.
04Skin after weight-loss medication
After rapid weight loss, the face often loses density faster than volume. Profhilo rebuilds tissue across the whole surface, without adding volume at a single point — for a gaunt-looking face, this is a safer starting point than a filler.

What a Profhilo treatment looks like
First, the doctor takes a medical history to rule out contraindications. Next, they precisely mark the injection points on both sides of the face according to the BAP technique and administer the product subcutaneously as micro-deposits. The product does not cause lumps or unevenness — it disperses gradually in areas affected by atrophy. The treatment does not require anaesthesia and allows you to return to normal activity without any visible marks.

A comprehensive skin-renewing therapy usually consists of 2 sessions performed one month apart. For very lax skin, a 3rd session is recommended two months after that. Results typically last from 12 to 18 months — after that, 1–2 touch-up sessions a year can be performed.
Recommendations after treatment — Profhilo
The treatment requires no recovery time, but during the first 24 hours it's worth taking care of the treated areas so the micro-deposits disperse evenly.
Don't press on injection points
For the first 24 hours, don't massage or press on the BAP points — the product disperses on its own.
No make-up that day
On the day of treatment, skip make-up around the injection sites to avoid irritating the skin.
No sauna or strenuous exercise
For 1–2 days, avoid the sauna, swimming pool and intense training.
Skin hydration
Drink water and moisturise your skin — this supports the action of the hyaluronic acid.
Complete the course
The full effect comes from a course of 2–3 sessions; schedule your follow-up visits with the doctor.

Does Profhilo change facial features?
No. Unlike fillers, Profhilo doesn't add volume or change the contour of the face. It stimulates the skin to rebuild itself, improving its tone, hydration and firmness. The result is more sculpted, smoother features and a naturally refreshed, well-rested look to the skin.
How many Profhilo sessions are needed?
The standard course is 2 sessions one month apart. For very lax skin, the doctor may recommend a third session after a further two months. Results usually last from 12 to 18 months, after which 1–2 touch-up sessions a year are performed.
Does the Profhilo treatment hurt?
